Swapping tokens on the G7 Network
is a Decentralized Exchange (DEX) available on the G7 Network. Camelot allows users to swap supported tokens on the G7 Network, for example, swapping $G7 for an equivalent amount of USDC.
Navigate and Connect
Go to Camelot, and ensure that the network is set to
Connect an EVM-compatible wallet such as MetaMask
Select Tokens
In the ‘From’ field, select the token that you want to exchange from, from your existing tokens
In the ‘To’ field, select the tokens that you want to receive
Note: You will only be able to swap tokens that have pairs (for example $G7<>USDC) and exist on the G7 Network.
Decide Your Amount
Input the amount of tokens that you either want to exchange from or to, or select ‘Max’ if choosing ‘From’
The second token amount will automatically update based on the current market values
The pricing is dynamic, so if the price of either of the tokens changes before confirm, they will update automatically
Select to Swap
When you click ‘Swap’, you will need to approve the DEX to transfer your tokens if you have not swapped those tokens before on Camelot
Once approved, in the Camelot UI select ‘Swap’
The Swap action is an on-chain transaction, meaning that it will require a fee. As this is on the G7 Network, a small amount of $G7 is needed to perform the swap. If you do not have enough $G7, the transaction and swap cannot be completed
Swap Completed
Once the transaction is confirmed, the exchange will complete: the original tokens will leave your wallet, and you'll receive the new tokens at the previously confirmed rate and amount
Step-by-step $G7 bridging guide
Note: For developers looking to bridge tokens across testnet environments, please access our at the Game7 DevHub.
Bridging lets you move your tokens between different blockchain networks. For example, you can move your $G7 tokens between:
G7 Network
Ethereum
Arbitrum One
Game7 offers three ways to bridge tokens, each designed for different needs:
Best for: First-time users wanting to get $G7 tokens
Key feature: Can swap other tokens (like ETH, ARB, USDC, TRUMP) directly to $G7
Speed: Instant
Where:
Best for: Moving tokens out of G7 Network quickly
Speed: Instant
Cost: 2.5% fee when bridging out of G7 Network (Fees are sent to Citizen Pool)
Where:
Best for: Transfers where security is crucial
Speed: 7-day waiting period when withdrawing
Cost: Free
Click Press Me Connect your wallet (like MetaMask)
From the list on the right, you will see all of the supported networks and your balances across these networks in the supported tokens (such as ETH on Arbitrum, or USDC on Ethereum)
Select a token from a network where you have a positive balance. This token will either bridge (if $G7) or swap and bridge to $G7.
In the pop-up UI, input the amount of the selected asset you want to bridge in the From field (this will be set to the token and network you had previously selected)
The To field will automatically update to the equivalent amount of $G7
Wait for the transfer route to finalize (above the Review button), click Review
Review the quote (this will present information such as the transaction cost, and the price impact on the token being swapped into i.e. $G7), and click Swap
You will now be prompted to confirm a transaction in your wallet
Once confirmed, wait for the transaction to complete
The bridged tokens will be sent to you on the same wallet address that you bridge from, with the only difference being that they will be on the network you selected to bridge to.
Transfer Route: When bridging tokens with a swap included, the swap action will select to use tokens from existing supplies on the networks. The route is the supplies it will use.
Quote: As with all transactions, there is a transaction fee or gas fee required, the transaction fee will be determined by the network, the congestion on the network, and the route.
IMPORTANT: You must have ETH on the destination network (Ethereum or Arbitrum) to pay gas fees for any transfers you want to make after bridging (like sending to an exchange.)
Bridging with Game7 Relay is instant. It avoids any challenge period imposed by the Arbitrum network, which is a security measure to ensure only valid transactions are finalized. The challenge period is typically 7-days. To bypass the challenge period, Relay allows for tokens to be bridged immediately. But there is a small fee (2.5%) on bridging out of the G7 Network when using Relay which will be transferred to the Citizen Pool.
Note: You can switch to the Canonical Bridge by clicking "Bridge" in the menu or clicking "Bridge with Canonical"
Connect your wallet: Click Connect Wallet and connect your supported wallet, such as MetaMask
Note: The above would bridge USDC on Arbitrum and swap to G7 on the G7 Network
Choose your networks: Select the networks that you want to bridge From and To via the drop down under each category
Note: Relay allows for bridging the same token between networks, but also supports a swap. For example, it is possible to bridge USDC on Ethereum to G7 on the Network G7 via the Game7 Relay Bridge.
Choose your tokens: Select the tokens that you want to bridge From, and the token you want to bridge To, and input the amount in either field (the other field will automatically update based on current market prices).
Note: Once the tokens and amounts have been set, and Route and gas fee will be displayed
Click "Review" to see the fees: Click Review to see the full Quote, this is essentially the fee for the transaction, and confirm by clicking Swap.
Note: The Quote will update with a new fee if the transaction is not executed, to ensure true market values are being used
Click "Swap" and confirm in your wallet: Complete the transaction by confirming in your connected wallet.
Note: If you have not used the Game7 Relay Bridge before you will need to approve the bridge to transfer the token you will bridge from
The selected tokens will now be received on your selected network. You can now view the status of the completed transaction by clicking View Details.
The bridged tokens will be sent to you on the same wallet address that you bridge from, with the only difference being that they will be on the network you selected to bridge to.
As Relay is a third-party application, any issues encountered during the bridging process should be directed to the Relay team for resolutions.
Decentralized Exchange Liquidity Farming on the G7 Network (Camelot DEX)
Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) allow for users to swap one token for another for a minor fee. Unlike Centralised Exchanges (CEX), the swapping of tokens occurs directly on the blockchain. The supply of tokens held within the DEX or a specific pool (a pair of tokens) can be provided by users, this process is referred to as adding liquidity.
For users, there are both benefits and risks with adding liquidity, a benefit being a fee earned for each swap which occurs in the pool the user added liquidity to. But there is a risk of .
This guide will walk you through the steps of adding liquidity to a pool on Camelot (a DEX on the G7 Network).
Note: Any user who supplies liquidity to a DEX should be aware of the risk of impermanent loss, and that loss of any kind while engaging in liquidity, staking or similar yield bearing activities are solely the responsibility of the user.
Additional Resources:
It is possible for users to add liquidity to any pools, and even create new pools based on token pairs which are not already available on the DEX. But for this guide we will focus specifically on adding liquidity to an existing G7/USDC pool on the G7 Network.
This is a DEX pool that allows users to swap equivalent values of $G7 to USDC and vice versa on the G7 Network.
Finding the G7/USDC Pool
Go to and from the network dropdown in the top right corner, switch to “G7 Network”
Connect Wallet:
Once on the G7 Network, connect your wallet (e.g., MetaMask), ensuring you connect to the G7 Network when prompted.
Navigate to the Liquidity Section:
Under “Trade” in the navigation bar, select Liquidity from the dropdown.
Select the $G7/USDC Pair:
In the liquidity section, select the “V3” tab - this is the protocol of the DEX we will be using
And then select $G7 and USDC as Token 1 and Token 2 under “Select Pair” (either token as either token number leads to the same result)
Enter the Amounts:
Once you are ready, input the amount of $G7 or USDC you’d like to add to the pool. Camelot will automatically calculate the required amount of the other token based on the selected token’s current price.
Approve Tokens:
If this is your first time adding liquidity, approve both $G7 and USDC on the G7 Network by clicking Approve and confirming the transaction in your wallet.
Add Liquidity:
Once both tokens are approved, click Create Position to add liquidity to the pool.
Confirm the transaction in MetaMask.
Receive LP Tokens:
After the transaction is confirmed, you’ll receive an on-chain LP Token (Liquidity Provider/Pool Token) G7/USDC, which represents the liquidity you have added to the pool, and is required when you withdraw your liquidity.
In addition to earning a fee on each swap, liquidity providers will also be able to accrue further rewards on the G7 Network when adding liquidity to specific pools (or incentivized pools) during specific periods.
During the launch of the G7 Network, adding liquidity to the G7/USDC pool will not only reward liquidity providers with swap fees, but also $G7 and Game7 Diamonds. The rate of $G7 accrued will be relative to the amount of liquidity provided, with the Diamond rewards being issued at a rate of 4 Diamonds for every $G7.
Where:
allows users with any tokens on EVM chains (i.e., ETH on Ethereum, USDC on Arbitrum, APE on Apechain), to immediately swap the tokens for $G7 of equivalent value on the G7 Network. It is the fastest and most convenient form of bringing value to the G7 Network for use across Game7 ecosystem products, such as $G7 Staking.
Navigate to
The is a third-party bridge that also supports swapping of tokens during the bridging action, similar to getsome, but with the ability to bridge out of the G7 Network.
Go to the and select “Relay Bridge”
On the , users can also utilize the for bridging the $G7 token between Ethereum, Arbitrum and G7 Network. The Canonical Bridge also allows for bridging of tokens between testnets for these three networks.
It should be noted that when bridging tokens out of the G7 Network via the Canonical Bridge, there is a 7-Day wait time before the tokens are received. To learn more about the Canonical Bridge, you can read the .
Once the tokens are selected, you will receive a list of options which you can configure for the tokens you will be providing. It is recommended that you read more .
Single-Side Liquidity Adding allows users to add a single token to an existing pool, opposed to adding an equal amount of both tokens which comprise the pool. To learn more, check out the .
If liquidity providers want to receive the Diamond rewards, they must first create a account. This ensures that Diamonds will be accrued. The Diamonds are then credited to their account when they claim the $G7 which has been accrued through providing liquidity.
